The book is about a ';Robin Hood'; type girl living in the days of the Crusades.What is the best way to find an illustrator for a childrens book?
If I were you, I would post an ad at some of the Art schools in your neighborhood. Be specific about how much you are willing to pay per page. Bear in mind that you will need to pay them regardless of whether or not your book gets published. If you want top notch art work, try RISD (Rhode Island School of Design), Cal Arts, or Art Center College of Design.

im not sure but i think you can go to the library or you can go to google and press web and search for a book and they will probably give you info or go to borbers.com and search
